Sumi Ink Workshop in Bath, UK March 2018

We had a very enjoyable workshop at the Museum of East Asian Art in Bath, UK today. It was based on the current exhibition of Netsuke and men’s wear in the Edo Period. After working with sumi ink in the morning we took inspiration from the objects in the exhibition and designed and painted fans.
